Affigs Affiliate Network Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Affigs, a premier affiliate network connecting advertisers with affiliates to facilitate mutually beneficial partnerships. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the Affigs platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional guidelines and future modifications. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Conversion Rejection: Affigs reserves the right to reject conversions deemed to have unusual traffic activity, at our sole discretion. Such decisions are final and non-negotiable.
3. Lead to Sale Ratio: All offers on our platform must maintain a minimum 4% lead to sale ratio to be considered validated and eligible for payment. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their campaigns meet this requirement.
4. Advertiser-Affiliate Relations: Affigs is committed to fostering a mutually beneficial relationship between affiliates and advertisers. We strive to ensure a win-win situation by confirming Return on Investment (ROI) for advertisers and timely payments to affiliates. However, in cases where an advertiser experiences negative ROI, Affigs reserves the right to suspend the advertiser’s account without notice. Affiliates are not entitled to payment for suspicious traffic leading to negative ROI.
5. Proof of Traffic: In the event Affigs requires proof of traffic from any affiliate for investigative purposes, the affiliate must provide such proof and verify the traffic within 24 hours. Failure to comply will result in permanent banishment from the platform, with all associated funds locked and rendered non-payable.
6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
7. Modifications: Affigs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms to stay informed of any changes.
8. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
9. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Affigs and affiliates concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
By using the Affigs platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
